Cancellation Policy
Booking Process On the package page Please select the package you would like to purchase. Fill out the booking form with the required personal and contact information Make the relevant payment to confirm the booking (through FPS / PAYME). Please note that if paying by credit card, there will be an additional 3.6% charge on top of the package price, which is not included in the package fee and needs to be paid separately via PayMe or FPS. We will confirm your booking within 10 minutes of receiving it, and you will receive a WHATSAPP / EMAIL notification upon confirmation. Cancellation policy Group classes or Rental studio If you can't make it to class, please cancel your spot at least 48 hrs in advance. Any reservations cancelled before the cancellation window will be refunded to your account. If you cancel within 48 hours of your class, your lose the class credit. We have a strict no-refund policy on a class cancelled within 24 hrs or less of the class start time.
