Venue Rental Terms and Conditions
Booking Procedure:
- Customers must make advance bookings to ensure availability of the venue.
- The booking procedure may include filling out a booking form, making payment, or providing other necessary
information.
- Upon successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation notice.
2. Usage Time:
- If the time exceeds the allotted 15 minutes, it will be calculated as 30 minutes
3. Intended Use:
- Customers must use the venue for the purpose specified during the booking and must not engage in any illegal, unethical, or harmful activities.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe use of the venue and must comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
4. Payment Method:
- Customers must make appropriate rental or fee payments at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation Policy:
- Customers must provide advance notice to the venue management for cancellations at least 48 hours before the scheduled usage time.
- If customers cancel within 48 hours of the booking, they may be subject to cancellation fees or may not receive a full refund.
- The specific details of the cancellation policy will be determined based on your requirements and the terms of the contract.
6. Liability and Insurance:
- Customers assume all risks and liabilities when using the venue.
- Customers may be required to obtain sufficient insurance coverage to protect themselves and the venue management.
- The venue management is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to the customer's property or any other harm incurred.
7. Prohibited Activities:
- Customers are prohibited from subleasing or lending the venue to third parties.
- Customers must not engage in hazardous, illegal, or activities that may damage the venue's facilities.
- Customers must not use prohibited items or substances within the venue.
8. Typhoon ：
In the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above being hoisted on the day, the venue will remain open as usual, and customers can decide at their own discretion whether to cancel their booking. The venue will remain open for 24-hour access.
