Buying package
In addition to single rentals, we also offer 15-hour and 32-hour ticket packages as options for venue rental.
These packages allow you to use the venue for the selected duration and provide discounted pricing.

Booking Process

Please select the package you would like to purchase.

Fill out the booking form with the required personal and contact information

Make the relevant payment to confirm the booking (through FPS / PAYME). Please note that if paying by credit card, there will be an additional 3.6% charge on top of the package price, which is not included in the package fee and needs to be paid separately via PayMe or FPS.

We will confirm your booking within 10 minutes of receiving it, and you will receive a WHATSAPP / EMAIL notification upon confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Group classes or Rental studio
If you can't make it to class, please cancel your spot at least 48 hrs in advance. Any reservations cancelled before the cancellation window will be refunded to your account.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your class, your lose the class credit.
請注意，如果您無法參課程，請至少提前48小時取消預約。 在取消時間之前取消的預約將全額退還至您的帳戶。如果您在課程開始的48小時內取消，將扣除你的鐘數。
We have a strict no-refund policy on a class cancelled within 24 hrs or less of the classe start time.

SAFETY AND LIABILITY
Please note that the venue will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the premises. It is important to receive proper instruction and training from a qualified professional when using the equipment.

YOURS .Pilates is taking every measure to meticulously clean and disinfect common areas before, between and after classes.
After the class we kindly ask you to clean your mat, reformer and any other equipments with our disinfectant spray
