Cancellation Policy
預約、取消及惡劣天氣政策 Booking, Cancellation & Weather Policy 1. 預約確認 Booking Confirmation： 完成全額付款後，預約方為正式確認。 Bookings are only confirmed upon full payment. 2. 更改或取消時段 Rescheduling & Cancellation： • 如需更改或取消預約，請於預約時段 48 小時前完成。 • 預約時段 48 小時內恕不接受任何更改、取消或退款。 • Notice of rescheduling or cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booked session. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. 3. 遲到與未出席 Late Arrival & No-Show： 遲到者將不獲補時；未出席者視同放棄該次預約，恕不退款。 Late arrival will not receive extra time. No-shows will forfeit the booking without refund. 4. 惡劣天氣安排 Severe Weather Arrangement： 若預約時段前 2 小時內發出八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告或黑色暴雨警告，該時段將會取消，客人可於 30 天內免費重新預約。 If Typhoon Signal No. 8/above or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued within 2 hours prior to your session, the booking will be cancelled and eligible for free rescheduling within 30 days. 5. 落波/警告取消後之出席安排 Attendance After Signals are Lowered： • 照常出席：如警告信號於預約時段開始前 2 小時或以上取消/落波，Studio 將恢復開放，所有預約需照常出席（恕不退款或改期）。 • If signals are lowered/cancelled 2 hours or more before your booked session, the studio will reopen and clients are required to attend as scheduled. • 免費改期：如警告信號於預約時段開始前不足 2 小時才取消/落波，該時段將會取消，客人可於 30 天內免費安排重新預約。 • If signals are lowered with less than 2 hours before your booked time slot, your session will be cancelled and eligible for free rescheduling within 30 days.
